The Exterior Apartment is the largest accommodation in the house: 50 m² with room for four or five guests, made for families and groups who want to stay together without giving up their own space. It combines two bedrooms, a separate living room, a kitchenette and a private bathroom in a single apartment.
The layout is straightforward: two double bedrooms sleep four, and the sofa bed in the living room provides the fifth place when you need it. Parents can take one bedroom, children or friends the other, and the living room stays as a shared space for breakfast or unwinding at the end of the day.
As its name suggests, the apartment faces the garden rather than the street. Daylight comes in naturally and the windows look out onto a green space, which is unusual this close to the centre of Madrid.
The kitchenette lets you prepare breakfast or a simple meal, which is practical on longer stays, and the private bathroom is for the apartment alone. WiFi is included, along with air conditioning and heating for any time of year.
It suits families of four or five, groups of friends or two couples travelling together who want more independence than a standard hotel room offers. If you are planning a longer stay in Madrid or simply value having a living room and a kitchen, this apartment gives you that room without leaving the centre.
The hostal, family run, occupies numbers 13 and 14 of C. de Pizarro, right in the centre of Madrid and steps from Gran Vía. Reception and the apartments are both at number 13, with the apartments on the ground floor.
Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 11 am, with reception staffed every day from 10 am to 5 pm. If you expect to arrive later, just let us know when booking and we will send you everything you need to check in on your own.

Both buildings have lift and stair access. Free luggage storage is available until 5 pm.
