Where to go first
Please go to the reception in building 13 at C. de Pizarro 13 for every arrival. Guest rooms are in number 14 and apartments are in number 13.
Reception and help
Reception is staffed every day from 10 am to 5 pm. For arrival questions, use the phone or email listed above. Please arrange arrivals after 5 pm in advance.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 2 pm onwards. Check-out is by 11 am.
Buildings and access
Both buildings have lift and stair access. Apartments are on the ground floor, so guests staying in them do not need to use the lift.
Luggage storage
Free luggage storage is available until 5 pm.
Late arrivals
If you will arrive after 5 pm, please tell us beforehand. We will share a link to the online check-in form. Once you complete it, we will email multilingual arrival instructions and the lockbox codes you need.
