Email and accommodation enquiries
The contact links open your email or telephone application. When you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any details or attachments you send. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and communicate about your stay. Avoid sending card details by email. This website has no enquiry form or payment form.
Reservations and external services
Booking links open the external service at app.channelmanager.com.au, which may redirect to app.book247.direct. The service receives the information you provide there to make and manage your booking. We use reservation details to arrange your accommodation and communicate with you. If you book through an online travel agency, it also handles information under its own privacy notice. Read the notice presented by the service you use before providing personal information.
Google Maps
The embedded maps on the homepage and contact page load only when you press “Load Google map”. Loading a map connects your browser to Google, which receives your IP address and browser information and may use cookies under its own privacy policy. Opening a directions link also takes you to Google Maps.
Your data rights
You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or request restriction, portability or object to processing, subject to the conditions of data protection law. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Email us to make a request or ask about the handling and retention of your enquiry or reservation records. You can also lodge a complaint with Spain's data protection authority, the AEPD.
