About this room

At 22 m², the two-bed Comfort Double shares with the one-bed Comfort Double the position of largest double room in the house, with two square metres more than the Standard Double. It belongs to our Comfort tier, a step above in both floor area and furnishings, with a layout designed for easy movement.

The two single beds give each guest a bed of their own without giving up sharing a room, a practical arrangement for friends, colleagues or couples who sleep better apart. Each bed keeps its own space within the same room, so both guests can rest without disturbing each other.

The bathroom is private and en suite, reached directly from the room itself, so there are no shared corridors to cross and no facilities shared with other guests.

The room has hardwood floors, and the furnishings, somewhat more modern than in the Standard rooms, keep a functional layout. Free WiFi, air conditioning and heating are included, which keeps the room comfortable through the summer months and the winter alike.

It is the natural choice for two friends or colleagues travelling to Madrid for work, for stays where each guest wants to rest in their own way, and for couples who prefer separate beds. It also suits a parent travelling with an adult son or daughter. If you want the space of our Comfort tier with the flexibility of two beds, this room covers it.

The hostal, family run, occupies numbers 13 and 14 of C. de Pizarro, right in the centre of Madrid and steps from Gran Vía. Reception is at number 13; the guest rooms are in the adjacent building at number 14.

Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 11 am, with reception staffed every day from 10 am to 5 pm. If you expect to arrive later, just let us know when booking and we will send you everything you need to check in on your own.
